About the Role
At BSRM, we believe in “The Future Built by You.” We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced professional to join our Supply Chain & Logistics department as a Deputy Manager – Warehouse. You will be responsible for overseeing large-scale inventory operations and ensuring the seamless flow of materials within our world-class manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished steel products.

Inventory Control: Maintain 100% accuracy in stock levels through regular physical audits and cycle counting.

Process Optimization: Implement best practices in warehousing to reduce turnaround time and optimize storage space.

Documentation & Reporting: Manage all warehouse-related data via ERP (SAP/Oracle) and prepare detailed reports for management.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and labor staff to ensure high productivity and morale.

Safety Compliance: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols within the warehouse premises to ensure a zero-accident workplace.
Job Specifications (Requirements)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial) or MBA in Supply Chain Management/Logistics from a reputed university.

Experience: 5 to 8 years of solid experience in warehouse management, preferably in the steel, cement, or heavy manufacturing industry.

Technical Skills: * Proficiency in ERP software (SAP experience is highly valued).

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.

Soft Skills: * Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced factory environment.
